Hello!  My name is Ms. Utterback and I am the proud principal of Miller Park Elementary School.  At Miller Park Elementary School, the staff, students, parents/guardians and the community work in collaboration to provide the best learning environment possible.  Respect, responsibility and discipline are consistently modeled each day to assure our school is a positive, proactive, respectful and productive learning environment.  We continuously set high expectations for all members of the school community and have support systems in place to assure goals are met.  As goals are accomplished, we value the importance of celebrating the success of our team members.
