Winner's Circle is a program designed to serve at risk students.  Howard Kennedy is among the ten Omaha Public Schools that are currently involved in Winner's Circle.  Students and classrooms receive encouragement and rewards through setting academic and social goals, and met accomplishments.  Winner's Circle promotes parental involvement in their child's education.
