For the past 20 years I have taught in OPS.  During those years I have had the pleasure of teaching kindergarten, first grade and currently third grade. Growing up in Omaha, I attended college at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, earning both my bachelor's degree and then earned my master's degrees at Doane College.

I am married and have a son, RJ, and a daughter, Melissa. Both of my children attended Joslyn Elementary when they were in elementary school. My family also consists of a dog, Tess, and a cat, Billy. In my free time I love to read,  garden , and travel.
