Hello, I am Miss Teresa (Tracy) Weatherly. For over 20 years I have taught third grade in the Omaha Public Schools, teaching at Joslyn since 2000. During summer school, I have had the opportunity to teach many other grades, as well as reading. I grew up in Tekamah, Nebraska, and received my Bachlor's degree from The University of Nebraska at Lincoln. I am proud to have also completed my Master’s degree in education.
    Family is very important to me. I have two sisters who share their families with me, as well as, a very loving and supportive mother. During the school day I share my love of family, friends, reading, sports, and travel with my students. My students are aware that I enjoy watching the Nebraska Cornhuskers as well as the Creighton Bluejays. As a teacher, my hope is to help my students increase their interest in reading and become lifelong readers.
