Welcome to the physical education web page for Jackson Elementary!  We have a ton of fun things planned for this year to help you kids stay healthy and have fun doing it.  This year at Jackson we have started a wellness program to help our students understand what a healthy lifestyle looks like and how they can achieve that.  Some of the different things we will be learning about this year are fitness, nutrition, hygiene, the human body, social skills and problem solving.
