I enjoyed meeting so many of you at Open House and lookforward to seeing you at Parent Teacher Conferences in October.  This year Field Club is in the process of implementing the Sitton's Spelling series.  The days of the Monday, Wednesday, Friday  spelling tests are no longer.  This new series focuses on the most commonly used words in writing and is designed to increase spelling and writing achievement.  We will be working on building visual skills.  Hopefully,  your child has mentioned something about the series.  Please feel free to contact me if you find that you have questions as the year continues.
