Mrs. Chandler and Mrs. Strubbe are the sixth grade teachers at Columbian. Each day in the sixth grade classrooms there is instruction in the core curriculum including reading and math. Computers in our classrooms and in the Mac lab are used by students for drill and practice on basic skills and beginning writing. Students use both AppleWorks and Microsoft Word for word processing and create multimedia projects using Canvastic, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Inspiration.
