    Our motto this year is "Fitness for Life."  Students will be learning what our bodies need to stay healthy now and in the future.  We will touch base on nurtition, exercise, and why we need both of these.  We will also work on a variety of skills.  Jump roping, locomotor movements, basketball, soccer, dance to name of few.  As well as, working on social skills such as teamwork, cooperation, trust, respect, and responsibility.  Fourth through sixth graders will be fitness testing on push ups, sit ups, pacer, mile, shoulder stretch, and sit and reach.  Student scores will be sent home in the spring.
