A little bit about myself....My family consists of my husband, Shane, and daughter, Kaylie. We have two pets, TJ and Molly. I am fortunate to have my parents and sister's family nearby. My sister is also a teacher. Some of my favorite activities are reading, writing, camping, hiking, watching football, coaching Kaylie's soccer team and spending time with family and friends.
It has been my pleasure to serve the students and families of the Omaha Public Schools for my entire teaching career. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in both the areas of elementary education and special education from the College of St. Mary. I also have my Masters in Reading from UNO .
