My name is Ms. Vickery and I am thrilled to be at King Primary teaching fifth grade! Although I am new to King, I am not new to teaching altogether. I began my teaching career with the Compton Unified School District in Compton, California. After the birth of my first daughter we moved back to Omaha, where I am originally from. I have been teaching in the Omaha Public School District intermittently since 2004.

I have two wonderful daughters who bring me joy, love, and laughter everyday. My children are the center of my universe. I understand that yours are too. I take a great responsiblility knowing that every single day, you are sending me the greatest achievement of your life.

My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable learning environment where your child will learn and explore new ideas and skills.

I am beyond excited to be at King this year. I look forward to becoming a part of the school, the students' lives, and the community.
