Hi, my name is Miss Tonya and this is my third year facilitating K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th grade Computer Lab Class here at Martin Luther King Elementary. I am very excited about this year and our many tasks. I am a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha carrying a degree in Criminal Justice, Black Studies and Psychology. To the right you will find links that will give you a better understanding of what is expected and required of the students in the Computer Lab. These are the links that we use daily here in the Computer Lab. This year my lectures will consist of online safety, proper techniques of typing, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel. Your child will also be participating in a number of research projects from animals to Presidents and on to famous Inventors. While these things are all very important to their growth and understanding our main focus while in the lab will be Math and Reading through modern Technology.
