McMillan Magnet Center is a seventh and eighth grade middle school located at 3802 Redick Ave. in Omaha. A major renovation/construction project has been completed. McMillan has a new library/media center, new technology and living labs, and 10 computer labs. The diverse student body reflects the surrounding community as well as the city of Omaha. Approximately 150 students come from outside the attendance area to participate in a special magnet curriculum that focuses on mathematics, technology, and communication arts. McMillan offers student assistance in special education, English as a Second Language, a gifted program, and many honors courses. Along with McMillan's academic program, students participate in a wide variety of athletic and co-curricular clubs and activities.
