I know this was explained in class but when I tried to tell other staff members about the UserNotices and Staff Messenger I couldn't remember the differences. Will you please explain?

User notices are posted on the opening screen when you log on to Infinite Campus. The Staff Messenger are messages that are composed in Campus and sent out to staff. They may see a notice on the log-in screen that notifies them of the message.
