A )  The personnel administrators are responsible for all employment functions for all staff in the district including staffing, hiring, counseling, policy administration and record keeping for all certified and non-certified staff.

B )  The personnel administrators are responsible for employee records, compliance with all state and federal regulations, grievance procedures.

C )  The division is under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources.
