HR
  • OPS HR is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising the operations of the Human Resource office.
  • OPS HR is responsible for personnel functions including staffing, hiring, counseling, policy administration and record keeping for all certified and non-certified staff, payroll, and fringe benefits.
  • OPS HR is responsible for the district's grievance procedure.
