We believe that teachers are critical to student success, and we are committed to placing teachers in positions where they and students will be most successful. As an initial part of our process, we would like you to take a Web-based assessment designed by The Gallup Organization. The assessment comes from research conducted with teachers viewed as most successful.

• Teacher Insight will require approximately 40-45 minutes of uninterrupted time.
   
• You can access the Web-site using the URL shown on the right.  http://teacherinsight.gallup.com. 
  You will receive the District Code from a Human Resource Administrator, which will allow you to access the system.
   
• You will be asked to providew your Social Security number as the means for identifying yourself in the system.
   
• Teacher Insight consists of multiple choice, Likert scale items (responses on a one-to-five scale) and open-ended items in which you write your response.
   
• Specific instructions are contained within Teacher Insight.
   
• Following completion of the assessment, Gallup will forward us the results.
