Your first contact for data at the schools should be your Academic Data Representative. If they are unable to provide the necessary information, it may be appropriate to request assistance from other departments. The Division of Research and Technical Support (IMS) are ready to assist in data gathering and are a good source to provide additional guidance.
Requests for outside assistance would include those situations where you do not have access to needed information or are having difficulty defining what data is needed to solve your problem. To request assistance from Technical Support, use the automated process in FirstClass. Address these requests to “Application Support” and state your request fully.
To request assistance from the Division of Research, complete a Request for Data online form and submit it to Research. Allow at least 2 weeks for processing, since your request will be added to other requests and prioritized based on district requirements.
