North High Magnet School celebrated National Engineers Week in late February. Attendees had the opportunity to tour the Haddix Center—North’s science, technology, and engineering facility. Additionally, North students presented some of their engineering creations, including their electric vehicles and VEX Robotics projects, and Omaha Mayor Jim Suttle tested his expertise in truss-busting.
