McMillan Magnet Jump Start Summer Camp

McMillan Magnet Center offered its annual Jump Start summer camp in June 2011 for incoming seventh-graders.  The camp allows students a chance to learn more about life in middle school and take part in a wide range of classes.  The final week of the program included "exploratory" units including rocketry, cooking club, recycled art club, origami, crafts, and engineering club.  McMillan also partnered with North High Magnet School to provide an aeronautics camp for interested students.
