Beals Elementary Celebrates Reading

Omaha Public Schools posted on December 07, 2010


Beals Elementary recently organized a school-wide competition so students could celebrate their love of reading.  Each class tracked how many minutes they read daily for two weeks.  Barbara Derby's fifth-grade class won the competition and got to decorate Beals Principal LeDonna York with silly string for their hard work.
