The Mission of Blackburn Library

 

 

The MediaCenter at Blackburn Library is a welcome place for Students and Faculty to access, gathers, and retrieve information.  Students at Blackburn will enhance their Information Literacy skills and Research Methods through instruction and experience with the Library’s resources.  Students will evaluate and synthesize information resources into reflective products that will give them insight to their subject areas. 

The MediaCenter has a positive atmosphere that promotes reading at all levels and ages.  The LibraryMediaCenter at Blackburn offers opportunities and practices for Teen Parents to read with their children.
