Rudy Tesar is a familiar name to Omaha voters as the name of the man they have elected to serve as clerk of the district court since he first ran for the office in 1975. Known for his integrity and hard work, Tesar is a fixture on the political scene. He is a founder and treasurer of the year-old South High Alumni Association. A graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Mr. Tesar is a past president and current member of the board of directors of the Omaha Businessmen's Association and member of the Board of Mental Health for the 4th Judicial District. Rudy has also been president of the Nebraska Clerks of the District Court Association and served on the board of the Nebraska Association of County Officials.
