Koukol is an attorney in charge of the South Omaha office of Erickson and Sederstrom. Koukol is the past president of the South Omaha Merchants' Association and a long-time supporter of South High. Koukol is a member of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity. A member of the South Omaha Masonic Lodge for 39 years, Koukol is also a member of the Scottish Rite and Tangier Shrine.
